O encontro marca o in\u00edcio de um importante instrumento de planejamento da pol\u00edtica habitacional do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante o evento, haver\u00e1 a abertura com autoridades municipais, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica Especial (CTE), do Conselho Gestor do Fundo Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o de Interesse Social (FMHIS) e da equipe t\u00e9cnica respons\u00e1vel pela elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do plano, al\u00e9m da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o das etapas metodol\u00f3gicas e do cronograma preliminar das oficinas comunit\u00e1rias e futuras audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O PLHIS \u00e9 um instrumento previsto na pol\u00edtica urbana e tem como finalidade diagnosticar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o habitacional do munic\u00edpio, identificar o d\u00e9ficit de moradias e definir estrat\u00e9gias, metas e a\u00e7\u00f5es para garantir o acesso \u00e0 moradia digna, especialmente para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa renda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A participa\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade \u00e9 fundamental para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pol\u00edtica habitacional mais justa, democr\u00e1tica, inclusiva e integrada ao desenvolvimento urbano de Cambori\u00fa.<br>A Prefeitura refor\u00e7a o convite a todos os cidad\u00e3os para que participem, contribuindo com ideias, sugest\u00f5es e acompanhando de perto a constru\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas habitacionais do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<script>;
