Foram cumpridos&nbsp;dois&nbsp;mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em endere\u00e7os ligados a um investigado, suspeito de&nbsp;produzir,&nbsp;armazenar&nbsp;e&nbsp;compartilhar&nbsp;material&nbsp;il\u00edcito relacionado \u00e0&nbsp;abuso&nbsp;sexual&nbsp;infantojuvenil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As apura\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio a partir de informa\u00e7\u00f5es encaminhadas pela Pol\u00edcia Federal, por meio da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Repress\u00e3o aos Crimes Cibern\u00e9ticos Relacionados ao Abuso Sexual Infantojuvenil (CCASI\/CGCIBER\/DCIBER\/PF).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opera\u00e7\u00f5es dessa natureza integram a atua\u00e7\u00e3o permanente do MPSC no enfrentamento a crimes cibern\u00e9ticos que vitimam crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso institucional com a prote\u00e7\u00e3o integral desse grupo vulner\u00e1vel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OPERA\u00c7\u00c3O&nbsp;BASTI\u00c3O&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A palavra basti\u00e3o tem como significando fortaleza, tamb\u00e9m pode ser interpretada como&nbsp;ponto de prote\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada, a&nbsp;sua&nbsp;escolha para o nome da opera\u00e7\u00e3o simboliza a&nbsp;atua\u00e7\u00e3o constante do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico na&nbsp;defesa de&nbsp;crian\u00e7as e adolescentes contra crimes de explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual infantojuvenil.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o desta opera\u00e7\u00e3o, o GAECO conta com o apoio t\u00e9cnico da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica de Santa Catarina, com vistas a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da cadeia de cust\u00f3dia no tocante as evid\u00eancias arrecadadas de interesse investigativo&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os objetos apreendidos ser\u00e3o encaminhados para Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica que realizar\u00e1 uma&nbsp;per\u00edcia especializada para an\u00e1lise t\u00e9cnica e extra\u00e7\u00e3o de dados&nbsp;e posteriormente enviar\u00e1 para an\u00e1lise da equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o tramita em sigilo. Assim que houver publicidade dos autos, novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser divulgadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GAECO e&nbsp;CyberGAECO&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate \u00e0s Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas (GAECO) \u00e9&nbsp;conduzido&nbsp;pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Santa Catarina e&nbsp;composto&nbsp;pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, Pol\u00edcia Militar, Pol\u00edcia Penal, Receita Estadual e Corpo de Bombeiros Militar, e tem como finalidade a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o e repress\u00e3o \u00e0s organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&nbsp;CyberGAECO&nbsp;\u00e9 uma for\u00e7a-tarefa especializada, inserida na estrutura do GAECO, que tem o objetivo de identificar, buscar prevenir e reprimir infra\u00e7\u00f5es penais praticadas em ambientes virtuais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fonte:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coordenadoria de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social do MPSC<\/p>\n<script>;
