No m\u00eas em que se celebra o Dia Internacional da Mulher, o Sicredi refor\u00e7a seu compromisso com esse p\u00fablico. A institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira cooperativa fechou 2025 com uma carteira de cr\u00e9dito de mais de R$17,5 bilh\u00f5es direcionada para empresas lideradas por mulheres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O valor representa um crescimento de mais de 12% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024, quando a carteira somava mais de R$15,6 bilh\u00f5es. Para sustentar esse avan\u00e7o, o Sicredi tem intensificado o movimento de capta\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais, somando R$3,3 bilh\u00f5es captados nos \u00faltimos cinco anos \u2013 destes R$1,13&nbsp;bilh\u00e3o captados somente em 2025. Entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras, destacam-se o Banco de Desenvolvimento da Am\u00e9rica Latina (CAF) e a Ag\u00eancia de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Jap\u00e3o (JICA), destinados exclusivamente ao financiamento de neg\u00f3cios liderados por mulheres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m do cr\u00e9dito: educa\u00e7\u00e3o e lideran\u00e7a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com presen\u00e7a nacional e atua\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3xima \u00e0s comunidades, o Sicredi desenvolve a\u00e7\u00f5es que atendem \u00e0s necessidades reais das empreendedoras, oferecendo orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio ao protagonismo feminino que vai al\u00e9m das solu\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras. \u201cNo Sicredi, priorizamos uma abordagem humana e educativa. Entendemos que cada empreendedora tem uma trajet\u00f3ria \u00fanica e, ao oferecer as ferramentas certas e o suporte necess\u00e1rio, ajudamos a transformar a realidade econ\u00f4mica e a promover a equidade nas regi\u00f5es onde atuamos\u201d, destaca Stella Trabulsi Fraiha Franca, superintendente de Neg\u00f3cios PJ do Sicredi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as iniciativas de destaque est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Curso Mulher Empreendedora: criado em 2023 e direcionado para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e crescimento de pequenos neg\u00f3cios, o programa j\u00e1 contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 1.600 mulheres na modalidade on-line e mais de 300 no formato presencial. O curso est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel na plataforma Sicredi na Comunidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comit\u00ea Mulher: com o objetivo de ampliar a presen\u00e7a feminina em cargos de lideran\u00e7a das cooperativas e comunidades, a iniciativa j\u00e1 contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 6.600 mulheres. Apenas em 2025, o programa envolveu 5.282 participantes ativas, resultando na elei\u00e7\u00e3o de 506 Coordenadoras de N\u00facleo e 85 Conselheiras dentro das cooperativas.
