No munic\u00edpio, os servi\u00e7os s\u00e3o oferecidos gratuitamente \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, com atendimento especializado no Centro de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e Assist\u00eancia Sorol\u00f3gica (COASI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tuberculose \u00e9 uma doen\u00e7a infecciosa causada pela bact\u00e9ria <em>Mycobacterium tuberculosis<\/em>. Ela atinge principalmente os pulm\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m pode afetar outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os do corpo. O diagn\u00f3stico precoce \u00e9 considerado fundamental para o tratamento e para evitar a transmiss\u00e3o da doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em Itapema, o atendimento especializado ocorre no <strong>COASI<\/strong>, que oferece consultas, exames e acompanhamento para casos de tuberculose. A unidade tamb\u00e9m presta atendimento em \u00e1reas relacionadas \u00e0s <strong>hepatites virais, hansen\u00edase e HIV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O centro est\u00e1 localizado na <strong>Avenida Governador Celso Ramos, n\u00ba 534, no Centro<\/strong>, com atendimento de <strong>segunda a sexta-feira<\/strong>.
