O contrato ter\u00e1 vig\u00eancia de 20 anos e prev\u00ea a explora\u00e7\u00e3o, revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o do equipamento p\u00fablico pela iniciativa privada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ser um equipamento de mobilidade urbana tido como indispens\u00e1vel \u00e0 comunidade (ligando a Barra Sul ao Bairro da Barra), a passarela dever\u00e1 permanecer, durante todo o per\u00edodo de concess\u00e3o, com acesso livre e gratuito para pedestres, ciclistas e usu\u00e1rios de equipamentos de micromobilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA concess\u00e3o da Passarela da Barra representa mais um passo na consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Parcerias P\u00fablico-Privadas (PPPs) como instrumento de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e efici\u00eancia na gest\u00e3o da cidade. Ent\u00e3o, com essa parceria, n\u00f3s poderemos garantir melhor manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o, seguran\u00e7a, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso cart\u00e3o postal, que \u00e9 t\u00e3o simb\u00f3lico para o bairro da Barra e para toda Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa. Al\u00e9m disso, a PPP permite unir o investimento e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o no setor privado com o compromisso p\u00fablico, com a qualidade de vida e o desenvolvimento urbano\u201d, destaca a prefeita Juliana Pavan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O concession\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela reforma, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de melhorias no local. A estrutura poder\u00e1 oferecer atividades de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, cultura, turismo, tecnologia, esporte, lazer e escrit\u00f3rios, mediante explora\u00e7\u00e3o comercial.
