A presen\u00e7a do secret\u00e1rio estadual na Casa Legislativa atende a um convite da Comiss\u00e3o de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura, Sa\u00fade e Assist\u00eancia Social, para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo balan\u00e7o do trabalho da nova gest\u00e3o que est\u00e1 \u00e0 frente do Hospital Regional Ruth Cardoso (HRRC), oficialmente estadualizado no dia 8 de dezembro de 2025. A sess\u00e3o inicia \u00e0s 18h30 e \u00e9 aberta ao p\u00fablico em geral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em janeiro, j\u00e1 houve a primeira presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas por parte do Estado aos vereadores, em reuni\u00e3o realizada a convite da prefeita de Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, Juliana Pavan. Na oportunidade, a chefe do executivo municipal entregou, inclusive, um of\u00edcio a Demarchi, solicitando que, durante este primeiro ano de gest\u00e3o, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sejam repassadas mensalmente em forma de relat\u00f3rio ao governo municipal. \u201cNosso objetivo \u00e9 ter condi\u00e7\u00f5es de disseminar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es corretas e pontuais \u00e0 comunidade. Temos o compromisso de garantir a transpar\u00eancia para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a estadualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do hospital\u201d, pontua a prefeita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neste sentido, a prefeitura tamb\u00e9m enviou \u00e0 C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, no dia 24 de fevereiro, um of\u00edcio solicitando que seja realizada uma audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Relat\u00f3rio Oficial do Comit\u00ea Extraordin\u00e1rio de Acompanhamento e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Processo de Estadualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do HRRC, institu\u00eddo pelo Decreto n\u00b0 12.582\/2025. \u201cSolicitamos a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica justamente para ampliar o di\u00e1logo e garantir que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o tenha acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o andamento da estadualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do hospital. A transpar\u00eancia e o acompanhamento desse processo s\u00e3o fundamentais para que todos possam entender os avan\u00e7os e os pr\u00f3ximos passos dessa nova fase do Ruth Cardoso\u201d, destacou a prefeita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estadualiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O processo de estadualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do HRRC iniciou em junho de 2025, com a assinatura do Protocolo de Inten\u00e7\u00f5es por parte do governo do Estado e prefeitura. A partir disso, foram adotadas todas as medidas burocr\u00e1ticas para a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da transfer\u00eancia. Uma delas foi a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e san\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei N\u00ba 5.050\/2025, que autorizou, por parte do munic\u00edpio, a transfer\u00eancia da estrutura, servi\u00e7os e gest\u00e3o do hospital ao estado. Em seguida, a Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Santa Catarina (Alesc) aprovou o projeto de lei que permitiu o estado a receber a doa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por meio do Decreto Municipal N\u00ba 12.582\/2025, foi institu\u00eddo o Comit\u00ea Extraordin\u00e1rio, com integrantes comprometidos em acompanhar, fiscalizar e dar publicidade \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es do processo de estadualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do HRRC em Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, presidido por um representante do Observat\u00f3rio Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No dia 8 de dezembro, ap\u00f3s o encerramento dos contratos do munic\u00edpio para com o hospital, a OSC Viva Rio assumiu a administra\u00e7\u00e3o do HRRC. O investimento anunciado para o hospital foi de mais de R$ 533 milh\u00f5es de reais ao longo de 60 meses. Somente para adequa\u00e7\u00f5es, amplia\u00e7\u00f5es e melhorias, ser\u00e3o destinados R$ 62 milh\u00f5es nos primeiros 20 meses, al\u00e9m do aporte mensal de custeio operacional de R$ 8 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<script>;
