O encontro reuniu profissionais da Defesa Civil de Itapema, Bombinhas, Porto Belo e Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, al\u00e9m de representantes das secretarias municipais de Assist\u00eancia Social e Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A atividade fez parte da agenda permanente de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o das equipes que atuam em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de emerg\u00eancia, com foco na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, alinhamento de protocolos operacionais e integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os munic\u00edpios da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante o encontro, o coordenador da Coordenadoria Regional da Defesa Civil de Itaja\u00ed, <strong>Pedro Ademir da Rocha J\u00fanior<\/strong>, compartilhou informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a\u00e7\u00f5es, estrat\u00e9gias e diretrizes adotadas pela Defesa Civil de Santa Catarina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A forma\u00e7\u00e3o abordou temas como <strong>gest\u00e3o de riscos, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de protocolos operacionais e integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos em cen\u00e1rios de crise<\/strong>. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m contou com <strong>din\u00e2micas pr\u00e1ticas<\/strong>, que simularam situa\u00e7\u00f5es reais de emerg\u00eancia para treinamento das equipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O diretor da Defesa Civil de Itapema, <strong>Cabo Motta<\/strong>, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para o fortalecimento da atua\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEsse tipo de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o fortalece diretamente nossa equipe t\u00e9cnica. Essa troca de experi\u00eancias aumenta nossa capacidade de resposta e garante mais seguran\u00e7a para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o especializada:<\/strong><br>O treinamento foi ministrado pela <strong>HUMUS Brasil<\/strong>, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o humanit\u00e1ria brasileira independente e sem fins lucrativos, refer\u00eancia em gest\u00e3o integrada de riscos e resposta a desastres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A institui\u00e7\u00e3o possui experi\u00eancia em crises humanit\u00e1rias de grande impacto, como os desastres de <strong>Brumadinho<\/strong> e <strong>Mariana<\/strong>, al\u00e9m das recentes enchentes no <strong>Rio Grande do Sul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por meio do programa <strong>Defesa Alerta<\/strong>, a HUMUS promove capacita\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas a agentes p\u00fablicos, gestores e equipes t\u00e9cnicas, com foco na <strong>redu\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos, fortalecimento da resili\u00eancia urbana e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o das estruturas de Defesa Civil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A metodologia adotada combina conte\u00fado te\u00f3rico, estudo de casos e din\u00e2micas pr\u00e1ticas, preparando as equipes para atuar em cen\u00e1rios reais de emerg\u00eancia e ampliando a capacidade de resposta municipal e regional.<\/p>\n<script>;
