J\u00e1 os participantes da modalidade presencial dever\u00e3o comparecer ao local indicado com os documentos exigidos, como RG, CPF, comprovante de endere\u00e7o e, no caso de empresas, documentos constitutivos e de representa\u00e7\u00e3o legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os interessados poder\u00e3o realizar vistoria pr\u00e9via dos bens entre os dias 24 e 26 de mar\u00e7o, das 13h \u00e0s 16h, mediante agendamento com a Comiss\u00e3o de Leil\u00e3o da Prefeitura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os itens estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para visita\u00e7\u00e3o em diferentes locais do munic\u00edpio, incluindo galp\u00f5es municipais e estruturas vinculadas \u00e0 Secretaria de Obras e \u00e0 Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Cambori\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os lances ser\u00e3o realizados em moeda corrente nacional, respeitando o pre\u00e7o m\u00ednimo estabelecido para cada lote. Ser\u00e1 considerado vencedor o participante que apresentar a maior oferta por lote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pagamento dever\u00e1 ser efetuado \u00e0 vista, no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 24 horas ap\u00f3s o encerramento do leil\u00e3o, por meio de dep\u00f3sito ou transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria. Al\u00e9m do valor da arremata\u00e7\u00e3o, o comprador dever\u00e1 pagar 5% de comiss\u00e3o ao leiloeiro, conforme previsto em edital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento, os bens dever\u00e3o ser retirados pelo arrematante mediante agendamento.
