O projeto, que ser\u00e1 enviado para a Assembleia Legislativa (Alesc) nos pr\u00f3ximos dias, garante um investimento de cerca de R$ 330 milh\u00f5es na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A proposta marca a segunda fase do processo iniciado em novembro de 2024. Se na primeira etapa o Governo garantiu a&nbsp; descompacta\u00e7\u00e3o sobretudo dos n\u00edveis 4 e 5 (mestres e doutores), este novo avan\u00e7o traz uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o adicional na tabela, com foco nos professores que buscam especializa\u00e7\u00f5es, e que configuram hoje o maior contingente de professores na rede estadual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00f3s assumimos o Governo com uma tabela achatada desde 2008 e prometemos que ir\u00edamos resolver. Come\u00e7amos no final de 2024 e agora damos mais um passo firme. \u00c9 fundamental reconhecermos o professor catarinense que senta na cadeira para estudar, que faz uma especializa\u00e7\u00e3o, para levar um ensino ainda melhor para as nossas crian\u00e7as nas salas de aula. Santa Catarina valoriza quem se qualifica\u201d, destacou o governador Jorginho Mello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Carreira valorizada em um esfor\u00e7o estadual<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nova medida \u00e9 mais um passo para corrigir essa distor\u00e7\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica na rede p\u00fablica estadual de ensino. Com o investimento, pela primeira vez em mais de uma d\u00e9cada, um professor com doutorado, ao chegar no final da sua carreira, receber\u00e1 mais do que o dobro do piso inicial da categoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um dos grandes diferenciais desta nova etapa \u00e9 a origem da verba: o investimento de cerca de R$ 330 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e1 custeado apenas com recursos pr\u00f3prios do Governo do Estado. Isso significa que o esfor\u00e7o financeiro vai al\u00e9m do compromisso j\u00e1 cumprido de aplicar 100% dos recursos do Fundeb exclusivamente na remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos professores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pacote global de avan\u00e7os na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A descompacta\u00e7\u00e3o da tabela integra um amplo e in\u00e9dito pacote de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores, o programa Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Levada a S\u00e9rio. A medida posiciona Santa Catarina entre os estados que buscam, de modo progressivo, promover a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da carreira docente no Brasil, beneficiando cerca de 90 mil servidores, entre ativos e inativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTrata-se de um programa que inclui a\u00e7\u00f5es para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos professores, cuidadosamente estudadas para serem colocadas em pr\u00e1tica. Estamos contentes, junto com todo o time da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e com o apoio do nosso governador Jorginho Mello, por&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">termos a possibilidade de anunciar uma iniciativa que far\u00e1 a diferen\u00e7a para todos os profissionais da rede estadual\u201d, ressaltou a secret\u00e1ria de Estado da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Luciane Ceretta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as principais frentes de atua\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 em andamento destacam-se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;<strong>Est\u00edmulo financeiro por presencialidade e forma\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong>&nbsp;ainda no ano de 2025, o governo iniciou o pagamento de uma gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o anual de R$ 3 mil para docentes ativos que atingirem metas de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, dedica\u00e7\u00e3o em sala de aula e resultados no desempenho dos alunos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;<strong>Incentivo \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica docente:<\/strong>&nbsp;o Governo retirou o limite de 20 anos de carreira para dispensa para fazer Mestrado e Doutorado, al\u00e9m de triplicar a oferta de vagas. Haver\u00e1 concess\u00e3o de dispensa parcial de carga hor\u00e1ria para professores efetivos matriculados em programas reconhecidos pela CAPES\/MEC, com garantia de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o integral e crit\u00e9rios transparentes em edital. Entre 2025 e 2026 j\u00e1 foram ofertadas 200 vagas para essa qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;<strong>Escola de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Professores de SC:<\/strong>&nbsp;um programa pr\u00f3prio para apoiar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica em servi\u00e7o. Em janeiro de 2026, iniciou-se a forma\u00e7\u00e3o para toda a rede, utilizando metodologias inovadoras e tecnologias educacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;<strong>Seguran\u00e7a profissional para os professores tempor\u00e1rios (ACTs):&nbsp;<\/strong>maior seguran\u00e7a no planejamento, com a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da vaga por mais um ano letivo j\u00e1 desde o in\u00edcio de 2026, al\u00e9m do empenho para amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da carga hor\u00e1ria na mesma escola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;<strong>Novo Concurso P\u00fablico:<\/strong>&nbsp;al\u00e9m de ter realizado em 2024 o maior concurso da hist\u00f3ria da Secretaria de Estado da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, com mais de 10 mil vagas, ser\u00e1&nbsp; realizado um novo concurso para o magist\u00e9rio, em abril, com mais 10 mil vagas incluindo tamb\u00e9m o quadro civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;<strong>Edital para remo\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong>&nbsp;novo edital para remo\u00e7\u00e3o de professores efetivos a fim de que possam estar mais pr\u00f3ximos dos seus domic\u00edlios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;<strong>Amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do quadro de assessores de dire\u00e7\u00e3o:&nbsp;<\/strong>atendendo a uma reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o dos diretores de escolas, a medida melhora a aten\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica e administrativa das escolas.<\/p>\n<script>;
