O objetivo do encontro foi ampliar o di\u00e1logo entre as entidades e buscar caminhos conjuntos que acompanhem o crescimento acelerado da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O presidente da ACITA, Estev\u00e3o Guerreiro, destacou que a uni\u00e3o entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 essencial para garantir um desenvolvimento estruturado e respons\u00e1vel para o setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMomentos como este s\u00e3o fundamentais para aproximar as entidades e alinhar vis\u00f5es sobre o futuro da nossa regi\u00e3o. O setor imobili\u00e1rio e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil t\u00eam um papel extremamente relevante no desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico de Itapema e Porto Belo, e por isso \u00e9 importante que as institui\u00e7\u00f5es mantenham um di\u00e1logo constante. Quando trabalhamos de forma integrada, conseguimos identificar desafios, discutir melhorias e construir solu\u00e7\u00f5es que tragam mais organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, seguran\u00e7a e sustentabilidade para o crescimento da nossa regi\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e1 o presidente da ACIP, Maycol Marini, ressaltou que a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre as entidades contribui diretamente para o fortalecimento do mercado e para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do cen\u00e1rio econ\u00f4mico local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEsse encontro \u00e9 de extrema import\u00e2ncia para o futuro do mercado imobili\u00e1rio de Porto Belo e Itapema e tamb\u00e9m para o com\u00e9rcio de forma geral. Sabemos que a maior ind\u00fastria do munic\u00edpio \u00e9 a constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, e a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre as entidades permite um entendimento mais amplo do cen\u00e1rio. Essa proximidade contribui para organizar o ambiente em que estamos inseridos e para que possamos antecipar e mitigar poss\u00edveis desafios futuros, sempre com as institui\u00e7\u00f5es alinhadas e trabalhando pelo desenvolvimento da nossa regi\u00e3o\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para o presidente do CRECI-SC, Marcelo Brognolli, o fortalecimento da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as entidades representa um avan\u00e7o importante para o setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cA parceria e a uni\u00e3o das institui\u00e7\u00f5es demonstram a constante busca pela seguran\u00e7a nos neg\u00f3cios imobili\u00e1rios\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participaram do encontro, representando a ACITA, o presidente Estev\u00e3o Guerreiro e o diretor e coordenador da C\u00e2mara de Gest\u00e3o Urbana e Infraestrutura, Altemir Marini. Pela ACIP, esteve presente o presidente Maycol Marini.
