O programa, que concede at\u00e9 100% de desconto em juros e multas, segue dispon\u00edvel at\u00e9 10 de abril e contempla tanto pessoas f\u00edsicas quanto jur\u00eddicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institu\u00eddo pela Lei n\u00ba 4.845\/2025, o REFIS permite a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00e9bitos tribut\u00e1rios e n\u00e3o tribut\u00e1rios junto ao munic\u00edpio, inclusive aqueles j\u00e1 ajuizados, protestados ou parcelados, desde que o fato gerador tenha ocorrido at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2025. A gest\u00e3o \u00e9 feita pela Secretaria Municipal de Finan\u00e7as, em parceria com a Procuradoria-Geral do Munic\u00edpio e a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental \u00c1rea Costeira de Itapema (FAACI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ades\u00e3o pode ser realizada presencialmente no Pa\u00e7o Municipal, na Secretaria de Finan\u00e7as ou, no caso de d\u00e9bitos ajuizados, diretamente na Procuradoria-Geral do Munic\u00edpio. O atendimento ocorre de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h \u00e0s 18h, na Avenida Nereu Ramos, n\u00ba 134.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pagamento da parcela \u00fanica ou da primeira parcela deve ser feito em at\u00e9 10 dias ap\u00f3s a ades\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benef\u00edcios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pagamento \u00e0 vista: 100% de desconto em juros e multas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parcelamento em at\u00e9 12 vezes: 70% de desconto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parcelamento em at\u00e9 24 vezes: 50% de desconto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para d\u00e9bitos de maior valor, o programa tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea condi\u00e7\u00f5es diferenciadas. Pessoas jur\u00eddicas com d\u00edvidas a partir de R$ 50 mil e pessoas f\u00edsicas com d\u00e9bitos a partir de R$ 15 mil podem obter 100% de desconto em juros e multas, com pagamento em at\u00e9 seis parcelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microempresas (ME), Microempreendedores Individuais (MEI) e Empresas de Pequeno Porte (EPP) tamb\u00e9m contam com regras especiais. Mediante comprova\u00e7\u00e3o do enquadramento legal, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter 100% de desconto em at\u00e9 seis parcelas, 70% de desconto em at\u00e9 18 parcelas ou 50% de desconto em at\u00e9 30 parcelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O valor m\u00ednimo das parcelas \u00e9 de 20 UFRMs (R$ 106,40) para pessoa f\u00edsica e 50 UFRMs (R$ 266,60) para pessoa jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o podem aderir ao programa contribuintes com d\u00e9bitos de Outorga Onerosa e Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de Obras da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil. Nos casos em que os d\u00e9bitos estejam em discuss\u00e3o administrativa ou judicial, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a desist\u00eancia pr\u00e9via das impugna\u00e7\u00f5es, recursos ou a\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas aos valores.<\/p>\n<script>;
