Para debater essa quest\u00e3o com a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e o mercado imobili\u00e1rio, a Comiss\u00e3o de Obras da C\u00e2mara de Itapema convocou uma Audi\u00eancia P\u00fablica para este dia 12\/03, \u00e0s 19h, ampliando o debate sobre o Projeto de Lei (PL) n\u00ba 134\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O PL quer tonar obrigat\u00f3ria a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de capacidade financeira por parte de construtoras e incorporadoras, antes do in\u00edcio de novos empreendimentos no munic\u00edpio. Proposto pelo vereador Maurinho do g\u00e1s (PSD), ele quer fortalecer a seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica do mercado imobili\u00e1rio local, criando novos crit\u00e9rios de transpar\u00eancia e responsabilidade para a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O vereador destaca que a iniciativa tem como objetivo proteger compradores e investidores de boa-f\u00e9, al\u00e9m de fortalecer o ambiente de neg\u00f3cios na cidade, valorizando empresas que j\u00e1 atuam no munic\u00edpio com hist\u00f3rico de responsabilidade e cumprimento de compromissos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Audi\u00eancia P\u00fablica vem abrir di\u00e1logo com a sociedade sobre essa quest\u00e3o, a fim de aprimorar o Projeto de Lei em pauta.
