Um homem foi preso ap\u00f3s ser flagrado transportando os produtos de forma irregular em um ve\u00edculo com placas de <strong>Porto Alegre<\/strong>, no Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a vistoria no autom\u00f3vel, os agentes encontraram <strong>42 unidades de anabolizantes<\/strong>, entre eles <strong>Testosterona<\/strong> e <strong>Oxandrolona<\/strong>, al\u00e9m de <strong>quatro ampolas do medicamento para emagrecimento Tirzepatida (Mounjaro)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os produtos estavam escondidos para tentar driblar a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Parte da carga foi localizada dentro da caixa de uma <strong>garrafa t\u00e9rmica lacrada com fita adesiva<\/strong>, enquanto outras unidades estavam camufladas em <strong>embalagens de diferentes produtos<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m seladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questionado pelos policiais, o motorista confessou que adquiriu os medicamentos no <strong>Paraguai<\/strong> e que pretendia revend\u00ea-los em <strong>Porto Alegre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ap\u00f3s o flagrante, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 <strong>Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Laguna<\/strong>, onde foram adotados os procedimentos legais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crime e riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira, a importa\u00e7\u00e3o ou comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de medicamentos sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa)<\/strong> \u00e9 considerada crime.
