A iniciativa \u00e9 conduzida pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal do Meio Ambiente, por meio da Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal e da Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O objetivo do credenciamento \u00e9 ampliar a rede de atendimento para castra\u00e7\u00e3o de animais no munic\u00edpio, contribuindo para o controle populacional de c\u00e3es e gatos e para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade p\u00fablica. As cl\u00ednicas selecionadas ir\u00e3o atuar em parceria com o poder p\u00fablico na execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o integra o programa <strong>Pet Levado a S\u00e9rio<\/strong>, desenvolvido pela Secretaria de Estado do Meio Ambiente e Economia Verde de Santa Catarina, que destina recursos aos munic\u00edpios para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o e ao bem-estar animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para Porto Belo, o Governo do Estado repassou <strong>R$ 118 mil<\/strong>, valor que ser\u00e1 utilizado exclusivamente na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de cirurgias de castra\u00e7\u00e3o. A iniciativa busca reduzir o abandono de animais, al\u00e9m de contribuir para o controle de doen\u00e7as e para a melhoria da qualidade de vida dos pets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com o diretor de Bem-Estar Animal, <strong>Jeferson Loregian<\/strong>, o credenciamento permitir\u00e1 ampliar o alcance das a\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 desenvolvidas no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTodos sabemos da import\u00e2ncia da castra\u00e7\u00e3o de animais, principalmente para evitar o abandono.
