O encontro contou com representantes da Prefeitura de Penha, da concession\u00e1ria \u00c1guas de Penha e da Ag\u00eancia Reguladora Intermunicipal de Saneamento (ARIS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reuni\u00e3o foi coordenada pela promotora de Justi\u00e7a Anal\u00fa Librelato Longo, da 1\u00aa Promotoria do MPSC em Penha. Durante o encontro, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico cobrou esclarecimentos do poder p\u00fablico e da concession\u00e1ria sobre a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das metas previstas no contrato de concess\u00e3o, firmado em 2015, especialmente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao cumprimento do Plano Municipal de Saneamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 concession\u00e1ria \u00c1guas de Penha, o MPSC solicitou maior transpar\u00eancia nas a\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas no munic\u00edpio, com amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a comunidade e com a administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, al\u00e9m do cumprimento rigoroso das cl\u00e1usulas contratuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as determina\u00e7\u00f5es, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico estabeleceu que at\u00e9 <strong>6 de mar\u00e7o<\/strong> a empresa apresente um <strong>estudo t\u00e9cnico, plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o e cronograma detalhado<\/strong> para solucionar as demandas relacionadas ao bairro <strong>Santa Regina<\/strong>. J\u00e1 at\u00e9 <strong>6 de abril<\/strong>, dever\u00e3o ser protocolados estudos espec\u00edficos para identificar falhas operacionais e propor solu\u00e7\u00f5es nos bairros <strong>Gravat\u00e1<\/strong> e <strong>S\u00e3o Miguel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos loteamentos <strong>Flor de L\u00f3tus<\/strong> e <strong>Pedro de Borba<\/strong>, o MPSC tamb\u00e9m solicitou provid\u00eancias por parte da concession\u00e1ria, embora ainda n\u00e3o tenha sido estabelecido prazo para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos estudos e medidas corretivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cobran\u00e7as \u00e0 Prefeitura:<\/strong><br>Durante a reuni\u00e3o, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tamb\u00e9m fez solicita\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Prefeitura de Penha. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o pediu a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>relat\u00f3rios completos sobre as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es feitas \u00e0 concession\u00e1ria<\/strong>, detalhando o cumprimento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais e as dificuldades encontradas para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m disso, o MPSC solicitou ao munic\u00edpio a <strong>decreta\u00e7\u00e3o de utilidade p\u00fablica de uma \u00e1rea destinada \u00e0 futura Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Tratamento de Esgoto (ETE)<\/strong>, cujo terreno dever\u00e1 ser adquirido pela concession\u00e1ria respons\u00e1vel pelos servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<script>;
