A investigada foi indiciada com base no artigo 20, \u00a72\u00ba, da Lei n\u00ba 7.716\/1989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o procedimento foi instaurado ap\u00f3s a v\u00edtima relatar ter sofrido ofensas de cunho xenof\u00f3bico e gordof\u00f3bico. O caso teve in\u00edcio a partir de um coment\u00e1rio feito em uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o sobre um furto, quando a mulher afirmou que o suposto autor do crime \u201cdeveria ser do Norte ou Nordeste\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com os autos, ao ser questionada publicamente, a investigada passou a enviar mensagens privadas com novas ofensas pessoais e manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es discriminat\u00f3rias relacionadas \u00e0 origem geogr\u00e1fica da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante o interrogat\u00f3rio, a mulher declarou que os coment\u00e1rios teriam sido feitos em tom de \u201cbrincadeira\u201d. No entanto, conforme a autoridade policial, ela reiterou posicionamentos considerados preconceituosos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a migrantes de outras regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com base nas provas reunidas e nos relat\u00f3rios anexados ao inqu\u00e9rito, o delegado respons\u00e1vel formalizou o indiciamento pelo crime previsto no artigo 20, \u00a72\u00ba, da Lei n\u00ba 7.716\/1989, que trata da pr\u00e1tica, indu\u00e7\u00e3o ou incita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o ou preconceito por meio de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social ou publica\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer natureza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em nota, a Pol\u00edcia Civil destacou que crimes de \u00f3dio e discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o praticados no ambiente virtual n\u00e3o s\u00e3o invis\u00edveis e que os autores podem ser identificados e responsabilizados conforme a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O caso segue agora para an\u00e1lise do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que dever\u00e1 avaliar o oferecimento de den\u00fancia \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<script>;
