A atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia foi de 6,49% nas quatro faixas existentes. O projeto de lei para a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do reajuste vai ser encaminhado \u00e0 Assembl\u00e9ia Legislativa de Santa Catarina, por determina\u00e7\u00e3o do governador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEu recebi todas as lideran\u00e7as da ind\u00fastria e dos trabalhadores de Santa Catarina. E j\u00e1 determinei o encaminhamento para a Assembleia para aprovar o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel. Porque&nbsp; o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo regional \u00e9 uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o feita a quatro m\u00e3os. Santa Catarina sempre tem dado bons exemplos sobre isso para o Brasil, conversando com todas as classes, construindo junto. \u00c9 exemplo de maturidade, de interesse, e isso ajuda, melhora o ganho dos trabalhadores, a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para o trabalho e Santa Catarina ganha tamb\u00e9m\u201d, afirmou o governador Jorginho Mello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/estado.sc.gov.br\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/03\/LEO_3714.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-390990\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Foto: Leo Munhoz \/ SECOM<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os valores passam para R$ 1.842,00 na primeira faixa, R$ 1.908,00 na segunda faixa, R$ 2.022,00 na terceira e R$ 2.106,00 na quarta faixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O presidente da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o das Ind\u00fastrias do Estado de Santa Catarina (Fiesc), Gilberto Seleme, lembra que h\u00e1 16 anos o acordo entre as partes \u00e9 feito com base no di\u00e1logo e entendimento m\u00fatuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCada um puxa pro seu lado, cada um quer o melhor e o setor produtivo j\u00e1 tem uma carga tribut\u00e1ria muito grande, ele tem um custo muito grande, e a gente no m\u00ednimo que faz \u00e9 passar a infla\u00e7\u00e3o. E esse ano ent\u00e3o foi passada a infla\u00e7\u00e3o mais quase 70% da infla\u00e7\u00e3o de novo. Ent\u00e3o isso a\u00ed vai dar um ganho real para o trabalhador. Essa negocia\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil porque tem os interesses diversos, tanto dos empres\u00e1rios como dos trabalhadores, mas a gente sempre tem chegado a um bom senso.
