O valor \u00e9 para o per\u00edodo de 2026-2027 destinado para 240 institui\u00e7\u00f5es especializadas em educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial de Santa Catarina, entre APAEs, AMAs, associa\u00e7\u00f5es de surdos, de s\u00edndrome de down, de pessoas com defici\u00eancia visual, entre outras, que atendem cerca de 31 mil educandos em todo o estado de Santa Catarina. O aumento do valor dos repasses foi de 11% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEste ano firmamos novamente o compromisso do governador Jorginho Mello em manter os pagamentos em dia com estas institui\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m, devido a toda responsabilidade que temos, estamos antecipando em dois meses o valor de reajuste, que seria em maio, para garantir o atendimento j\u00e1 desde o in\u00edcio do ano a todos os nossos educandos\u201d, explica a presidente da FCEE, Jeane Rauh Probst Leite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O programa Gente Especial foi criado em mar\u00e7o de 2024 pelo Decreto n\u00ba 530, com o objetivo de regularizar os repasses e reduzir os entraves burocr\u00e1ticos, facilitando o recebimento dos recursos voltados para o atendimento educacional especializado em Santa Catarina. Os repasses financeiros s\u00e3o voltados para contrata\u00e7\u00e3o direta de profissionais e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades das institui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Catarinense de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial (FCEE) \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o do Governo do Estado respons\u00e1vel pelas pol\u00edticas desta \u00e1rea. Realiza al\u00e9m da gest\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos repasses financeiros, tamb\u00e9m a gest\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, com diretrizes, orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e capacita\u00e7\u00f5es para as institui\u00e7\u00f5es especializadas conveniadas e escolas das redes estadual e municipais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pol\u00edtica de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Santa Catarina, definida pela FCEE, considera p\u00fablico da educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial pessoas com atraso global do desenvolvimento, defici\u00eancias (visual, auditiva, intelectual, f\u00edsica e m\u00faltipla), transtorno do espectro autista e altas habilidades\/superdota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<script>;
