As interven\u00e7\u00f5es envolvem 10 hospitais p\u00fablicos, tr\u00eas maternidades, o Laborat\u00f3rio Central de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica de Santa Catarina e o Centro Catarinense de Reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ferramenta permite filtros por unidade de sa\u00fade e por contrato espec\u00edfico, exibindo dados como valor total contratado, percentual executado, aditivos firmados e prazo atualizado para conclus\u00e3o. O painel tamb\u00e9m inclui informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre Atas de Registro de Pre\u00e7os vigentes para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o predial, com dados sobre vig\u00eancia e saldo dispon\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o parlamentar, o Sa\u00fade Nota 10 foi estruturado a partir de um pedido de informa\u00e7\u00e3o encaminhado \u00e0 SES em agosto de 2023. Durante a an\u00e1lise, foram identificados contratos que aguardavam ordem de servi\u00e7o e obras com execu\u00e7\u00e3o abaixo do cronograma previsto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEntendo que a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente em contextos de emerg\u00eancia, exige monitoramento intensificado para garantir agilidade no setor p\u00fablico. O painel promove a participa\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3 nesse processo, que agora tem acesso de forma objetiva a todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es a respeito de obras relacionadas \u00e0 sa\u00fade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o em Santa Catarina\u201d, afirmou Motta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O novo programa segue o modelo do <strong>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Nota 10<\/strong>, lan\u00e7ado pelo gabinete em maio de 2023, que monitora 328 contratos de obras em escolas estaduais, totalizando cerca de R$ 377 milh\u00f5es. O painel da educa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 atualizado mensalmente e permite filtros por regi\u00e3o, munic\u00edpio, escola e objeto contratado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com o deputado, a iniciativa busca fortalecer a transpar\u00eancia, a previsibilidade e o controle social, qualificando a gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica. Ele convidou sociedade civil, profissionais da sa\u00fade, imprensa e entidades representativas a acompanharem os dados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u00c9 uma iniciativa institucional, n\u00e3o partid\u00e1ria, que refor\u00e7a o papel parlamentar na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e respons\u00e1vel\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O acesso aos pain\u00e9is est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel por meio de links p\u00fablicos divulgados pelo gabinete do parlamentar.<\/p>\n<script>;
