{"id":167123,"date":"2026-03-04T17:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T20:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nopontosc.com.br\/?p=167123"},"modified":"2026-03-04T17:00:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T20:00:00","slug":"prefeito-cobra-mais-agilidade-nas-obras-da-rua-sao-paulo-em-porto-belo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thedeepblue.com.br\/nopontosc\/2026\/03\/04\/prefeito-cobra-mais-agilidade-nas-obras-da-rua-sao-paulo-em-porto-belo\/","title":{"rendered":"Prefeito cobra mais agilidade nas obras da Rua S\u00e3o Paulo em Porto Belo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O prefeito de Porto Belo, Joel Lucinda, realizou uma reuni\u00e3o de alinhamento e cobran\u00e7a com a empresa respons\u00e1vel pelas obras da Rua S\u00e3o Paulo, no Centro do munic\u00edpio, para acompanhar o andamento dos trabalhos e solicitar mais agilidade na execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A obra est\u00e1 sob responsabilidade da Andrade &amp; Amorim Engenharia EIRELI, que assumiu os servi\u00e7os em outubro de 2025, ap\u00f3s a rescis\u00e3o contratual com a primeira empresa vencedora da licita\u00e7\u00e3o. A antiga contratada n\u00e3o cumpriu o contrato e deixou a via completamente aberta, ap\u00f3s remover toda a pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o existente, sem condi\u00e7\u00f5es de dar continuidade ao projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a nova contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, os trabalhos foram retomados com foco na continuidade do sistema de drenagem pluvial, etapa considerada fundamental para garantir a durabilidade da futura pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o asf\u00e1ltica. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o dessa fase, ser\u00e1 executada a nova camada de asfalto na via.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a reuni\u00e3o, o prefeito destacou a necessidade de aten\u00e7\u00e3o redobrada \u00e0 obra, considerando os transtornos enfrentados pelos moradores e comerciantes nos \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSabemos das dificuldades enfrentadas pela comunidade desde a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o anterior. Por isso, estamos acompanhando de perto e cobrando celeridade para que os impactos sejam reduzidos e a obra seja conclu\u00edda o quanto antes\u201d, refor\u00e7ou Joel Lucinda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora a empresa esteja cumprindo o cronograma apresentado e mantendo os prazos acordados, o chefe do Executivo solicitou maior rapidez dentro das possibilidades t\u00e9cnicas, buscando antecipar etapas e devolver a normalidade \u00e0 regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da Rua S\u00e3o Paulo \u00e9 considerada estrat\u00e9gica para a mobilidade urbana e para a qualidade de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o local. A conclus\u00e3o da obra deve melhorar o escoamento da \u00e1gua da chuva, reduzir problemas estruturais na via e proporcionar mais seguran\u00e7a para motoristas e pedestres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Governo Municipal informou que continuar\u00e1 acompanhando de forma rigorosa o andamento dos servi\u00e7os e mantendo di\u00e1logo com a comunidade at\u00e9 a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o completa da obra.<\/p>\n<script>;
