A reuni\u00e3o traz ainda a discuss\u00e3o e entrega de tr\u00eas Mo\u00e7\u00f5es de Apoio, al\u00e9m das indica\u00e7\u00f5es e requerimentos. Tamb\u00e9m em pauta, o Plen\u00e1rio vai discutir e votar um veto do Executivo (Prefeitura).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do vereador Yagan Dadam (PL), o PL n\u00ba 309\/2025 quer instituir a campanha \u201cTampinha Legal\u201d em Itapema. Se aprovadoa, a proposta cria uma a\u00e7\u00e3o permanente de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de tampinhas pl\u00e1sticas, com destina\u00e7\u00e3o revertida em benef\u00edcios ao Programa de Bem-Estar Animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na \u00e1rea de administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, o PL n\u00ba 318\/2025 em vota\u00e7\u00e3o trata da contagem de prazos em dias \u00fateis nos processos administrativos do Munic\u00edpio. Pelo texto do vereador Yagan, os prazos de processos administrativos como, notifica\u00e7\u00f5es, autua\u00e7\u00f5es, penalidades, sindic\u00e2ncias, processos administrativos disciplinares, inqu\u00e9ritos administrativos e outros podem passar a ser contados exclusivamente em dias \u00fateis, \u201cexcluindo-se o dia do in\u00edcio e incluindo-se o do vencimento\u201d. Para entrar em vigor, a medida precisa ser aprovada pelo plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara e sancionada pela Prefeitura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A outra proposta do vereador Dadam altera a Lei n\u00ba 3631\/2021, do Calend\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio de Itapema, com o PL n\u00ba 305\/2025. O texto obriga que toda legisla\u00e7\u00e3o que vier a incluir datas comemorativas dever\u00e1 seguir a numera\u00e7\u00e3o sequencial dos incisos j\u00e1 existentes, evitando contradi\u00e7\u00f5es e garantindo coes\u00e3o legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vota\u00e7\u00e3o do Veto do Executivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em pauta est\u00e1 o Veto n\u00ba 11\/2025, do Executivo (Prefeitura), que veta integralmente, por inconstitucionalidade o PL n\u00ba 161\/2025. A proposta, de autoria do vereador M\u00e1rcio Silva (DC), trata da isen\u00e7\u00e3o de taxas municipais espec\u00edficas \u00e0s igrejas, institui\u00e7\u00f5es religiosas e entidades sociais com utilidade p\u00fablica declarada no munic\u00edpio. Na vota\u00e7\u00e3o de hoje, a C\u00e2mara pode manter o veto \u2013 extinguindo o Projeto de Lei \u2013 ou derrubar o veto, o que mant\u00e9m o PL em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u00e7\u00f5es da 4\u00aa Sess\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por iniciativa do vereador Andr\u00e9 de Oliveira (Novo), o Plen\u00e1rio debate e entrega tr\u00eas Mo\u00e7\u00f5es de Apoio na sess\u00e3o desta ter\u00e7a-feira (3\/03). Uma delas ser\u00e1 entregue a Jos\u00e9 Henrique Lenz dos Santos, destacando suas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es em projetos estrat\u00e9gicos, moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e fortalecimento da excel\u00eancia empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m recebe a Mo\u00e7\u00e3o de Apoio a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Empresarial de Itapema e Porto Belo (ACITA), pelo reconhecimento da relev\u00e2ncia institucional da entidade para o associativismo, o empreendedorismo e o desenvolvimento local e regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outra entidade que a ser reconhecida pela Casa \u00e9 a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Catarinense de Emissoras de R\u00e1dio e Televis\u00e3o (ACAERT), pelo trabalho de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o regional e no fortalecimento institucional da radiodifus\u00e3o em Santa Catarina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participe!<br>\ud83d\udd53 18h ao vivo pelo youtube, ou presencialmente no Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara Municipal (Rua 120, n\u00ba423 &#8211;
