As ordens judiciais, expedidas pela Vara&nbsp;Estadual de Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas de Santa&nbsp;Catarina, s\u00e3o executadas em munic\u00edpios catarinenses e em outros quatro estados:&nbsp;Rio Grande do Sul, Paran\u00e1, S\u00e3o Paulo e Bahia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As ordens judiciais est\u00e3o sendo&nbsp;cumpridas simultaneamente&nbsp;em munic\u00edpios&nbsp;de&nbsp;cinco estados. Na Bahia, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre em&nbsp;Lauro de Freitas. Em S\u00e3o Paulo, os alvos se concentram&nbsp;em Diadema, Guarulhos, Indaiatuba, Ribeira, Ribeir\u00e3o Preto, S\u00e3o Bernardo do Campo, S\u00e3o Paulo e Sorocaba. No Paran\u00e1, h\u00e1 dilig\u00eancias&nbsp;em Curitiba. Em Santa Catarina, os mandados s\u00e3o executados&nbsp;em&nbsp;Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa,&nbsp;Barra do Sul,&nbsp;Barra Velha,&nbsp;Florian\u00f3polis,&nbsp;Governador&nbsp;Celso Ramos,&nbsp;Indaial,&nbsp;Ilhota,&nbsp;Itaja\u00ed,&nbsp;Itapema,&nbsp;Jaragu\u00e1 do Sul,&nbsp;Joinville,&nbsp;Navegantes,&nbsp;Palho\u00e7a,&nbsp;Santo Amaro da Imperatriz&nbsp;e Timb\u00f3.&nbsp;J\u00e1 no Rio Grande do Sul, as a\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrem&nbsp;em&nbsp;Pelotas&nbsp;e Glorinha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&nbsp;objetivo&nbsp;da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9&nbsp;apreender materiais&nbsp;ligados ao&nbsp;tr\u00e1fico de animais,&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos e&nbsp;\u00e0 atua\u00e7\u00e3o de uma&nbsp;organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. A a\u00e7\u00e3o busca reunir elementos&nbsp;que&nbsp;comprovem a&nbsp;materialidade&nbsp;dos delitos e identifiquem seus respons\u00e1veis, al\u00e9m de verificar poss\u00edveis&nbsp;situa\u00e7\u00f5es de flagrante&nbsp;envolvendo&nbsp;fauna silvestre.&nbsp;Os animais resgatados durante o cumprimento dos mandados receber\u00e3o&nbsp;atendimento e prote\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;imediata.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estrutura da opera\u00e7\u00e3o inclui ainda dois m\u00e9dicos-veterin\u00e1rios disponibilizados pelo Conselho Regional de Medicina Veterin\u00e1ria, que permanecem de plant\u00e3o para orientar as equipes em situa\u00e7\u00f5es que envolvam o manejo de animais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo o material de interesse investigativo apreendido durante as dilig\u00eancias ser\u00e1 encaminhado \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica, respons\u00e1vel pelos exames periciais e pela emiss\u00e3o dos laudos. As evid\u00eancias ser\u00e3o analisadas pelo GAECO\/MPSC, que usar\u00e1 as informa\u00e7\u00f5es para aprofundar as linhas de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, identificar outros poss\u00edveis envolvidos e mapear a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de eventual rede criminosa.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tramitam sob sigilo e, assim que houver a publicidade dos autos, novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser divulgadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;Aruana&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O nome &#8220;Aruana&#8221; foi escolhido por sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com o prop\u00f3sito da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, voltada ao combate ao tr\u00e1fico de animais silvestres. De origem tupi-guarani, o termo significa \u201csentinela da natureza\u201d, evocando a ideia de prote\u00e7\u00e3o permanente e vigil\u00e2ncia sobre o meio ambiente. Derivado de &#8220;a\u2019ru\u00e3&#8221;, que remete \u00e0 gar\u00e7a, o nome tamb\u00e9m faz alus\u00e3o \u00e0s aves que habitam \u00e1reas alagadas e lagos \u2014 s\u00edmbolos da fauna amea\u00e7ada pelo com\u00e9rcio ilegal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, &#8220;Aruana&#8221; sintetiza o esp\u00edrito da opera\u00e7\u00e3o: atuar como guardi\u00e3 da natureza, preservando a biodiversidade e enfrentando pr\u00e1ticas criminosas que colocam em risco a vida silvestre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GAECO&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate \u00e0s Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Criminosas (GAECO) \u00e9 uma for\u00e7a-tarefa conduzida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Santa Catarina e composta pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, Pol\u00edcia Militar, Pol\u00edcia Penal, Receita Estadual e Corpo de Bombeiros Militar, e tem como finalidade a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o e repress\u00e3o \u00e0s organiza\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<script>;
