A forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realizada em parceria com a Secretaria de Estado da Sa\u00fade de Santa Catarina, a 17\u00aa Regional de Sa\u00fade de Itaja\u00ed e conta com o apoio da Escola de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica de Santa Catarina. O encerramento est\u00e1 previsto para 10 de abril, contemplando todos os profissionais da Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 Sa\u00fade e da equipe E-multi da rede municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A iniciativa integra as a\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas no \u00e2mbito do PlanificaSUS, estrat\u00e9gia que tem como objetivo qualificar e organizar os processos de trabalho na Rede de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Sa\u00fade. O programa busca fortalecer a Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria como coordenadora do cuidado, ampliando a resolutividade dos servi\u00e7os ofertados no territ\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein desenvolve o PlanificaSUS por meio do PROADI-SUS -Programa de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Institucional do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade, em parceria com o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade. A iniciativa oferece suporte t\u00e9cnico, metodol\u00f3gico e educacional a estados e munic\u00edpios, com foco no aprimoramento da assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O curso MI-mhGAP tem como objetivo capacitar profissionais da Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria para o manejo das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade mental mais prevalentes, promovendo cuidado integral, acolhimento qualificado e interven\u00e7\u00f5es precoces. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o amplia a capacidade das equipes de identificar, acompanhar e conduzir casos no pr\u00f3prio territ\u00f3rio, reduzindo encaminhamentos desnecess\u00e1rios e fortalecendo o acesso da popula\u00e7\u00e3o aos servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, Bombinhas refor\u00e7a o compromisso com a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o permanente das equipes de sa\u00fade e com o fortalecimento da rede municipal, garantindo uma assist\u00eancia cada vez mais humanizada, resolutiva e pr\u00f3xima da comunidade.<\/p>\n<script>;
