{"id":166872,"date":"2026-02-27T18:49:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-27T21:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nopontosc.com.br\/?p=166872"},"modified":"2026-02-27T18:49:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T21:49:00","slug":"condutor-e-preso-apos-fuga-e-direcao-perigosa-em-porto-belo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thedeepblue.com.br\/nopontosc\/2026\/02\/27\/condutor-e-preso-apos-fuga-e-direcao-perigosa-em-porto-belo\/","title":{"rendered":"Condutor \u00e9 preso ap\u00f3s fuga e dire\u00e7\u00e3o perigosa em Porto Belo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um condutor foi preso na manh\u00e3 de sexta-feira (27), por volta das 8h30, ap\u00f3s fugir de uma abordagem da Guarda Municipal em Porto Belo e dirigir de forma perigosa por vias movimentadas do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ocorr\u00eancia teve in\u00edcio durante patrulhamento preventivo pela Avenida Colombo Machado Salles, quando a guarni\u00e7\u00e3o visualizou uma motocicleta transitando pela Avenida Hironildo Concei\u00e7\u00e3o dos Santos com escapamento visivelmente alterado, produzindo ru\u00eddo excessivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao perceber a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o das viaturas e a ordem de parada, emitida por sinais sonoros e luminosos, o motociclista desobedeceu e iniciou fuga em alta velocidade. Durante o trajeto, colocou em risco pedestres e demais usu\u00e1rios da via, inclusive pessoas que realizavam travessia na faixa de pedestres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O condutor seguiu em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 r\u00f3tula do Koch, acessou a Avenida Governador Celso Ramos no sentido da BR-101 e, na sequ\u00eancia, entrou nas depend\u00eancias do Posto Tio Hugo, onde transitou pelo p\u00e1tio, subiu cal\u00e7adas e passou entre \u00e1reas de circula\u00e7\u00e3o, expondo a perigo clientes, funcion\u00e1rios e transeuntes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ap\u00f3s alguns minutos de acompanhamento, a equipe conseguiu realizar a abordagem. Na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, foram constatadas diversas irregularidades: motocicleta com licenciamento vencido desde 2024, condutor sem Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH), al\u00e9m de outras infra\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diante dos fatos, foram lavrados os autos de infra\u00e7\u00e3o cab\u00edveis. A motocicleta foi removida ao p\u00e1tio conveniado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O condutor foi conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia para os procedimentos legais<\/p>\n<script>;
