Criada inicialmente para o per\u00edodo de recesso escolar, a iniciativa superou as metas previstas e registrou ampla ades\u00e3o dos servidores municipais, consolidando-se como pol\u00edtica cont\u00ednua de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o profissional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesta semana, nos dias 25, 26 e 27, o Odontom\u00f3vel esteve no Pronto Atendimento (PA) do munic\u00edpio, oferecendo atendimentos odontol\u00f3gicos aos servidores da unidade. At\u00e9 o momento, o projeto j\u00e1 contabiliza mais de 100 atendimentos individuais realizados na unidade m\u00f3vel, al\u00e9m de alcan\u00e7ar mais de 250 servidores em a\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o em sa\u00fade bucal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de quem est\u00e1 na linha de frente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Idealizado pela Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Sa\u00fade Bucal, sob responsabilidade de Jaison de Oliveira, o projeto tem execu\u00e7\u00e3o coordenada pela respons\u00e1vel pelo Programa Sa\u00fade na Escola (PSE) e pelo Odontom\u00f3vel, Mariana Pegoraro. A proposta \u00e9 ampliar o acesso dos servidores municipais a servi\u00e7os de promo\u00e7\u00e3o, preven\u00e7\u00e3o e cuidado em sa\u00fade bucal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o secret\u00e1rio municipal de Sa\u00fade, Nestor Filipe da Luz, a iniciativa refor\u00e7a a pol\u00edtica de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o interna da gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cO projeto nasce do entendimento de que o cuidado come\u00e7a por quem est\u00e1 na linha de frente.
