O autom\u00f3vel era conduzido por uma mulher sem Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH) e transportava tr\u00eas filhas menores de idade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A abordagem ocorreu durante fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de rotina, ap\u00f3s os agentes observarem que a passageira do banco dianteiro estava sem cinto de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a vistoria nos sinais identificadores do SUV VW\/T-Cross, os policiais constataram que as placas ostentadas pertenciam a outro ve\u00edculo com as mesmas caracter\u00edsticas. Ap\u00f3s verifica\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada, foi confirmado que o autom\u00f3vel abordado possu\u00eda registro ativo de furto desde dezembro do ano passado, na cidade de Barra Velha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A clonagem de placas \u00e9 uma pr\u00e1tica utilizada para dificultar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos com origem criminosa e driblar fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A condutora informou aos policiais que o ve\u00edculo teria sido adquirido por seu marido. Ela foi encaminhada \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Porto Belo, onde deve responder pelo crime de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As tr\u00eas crian\u00e7as que estavam no ve\u00edculo foram entregues a familiares que compareceram ao local da ocorr\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m da suspeita de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o, a mulher tamb\u00e9m deve responder por infra\u00e7\u00f5es de tr\u00e2nsito, como dirigir sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e permitir que passageiro trafegue sem o cinto de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<script>;
